Exchanges Only

  2. Exchange Approval: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Replacement: After receiving the damaged item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Exchanges are only available for the same product.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the damaged item. However, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Due to the nature of certain products (e.g., perishable goods, custom orders), some items may not be eligible for exchange.
